Our story
It started with a cat, an expensive bed, and the laundry basket next to it.
Furtopia is one person in Navi Mumbai who believes pet gear should be picked by someone who actually lives with pets. The cat chose the laundry basket over the imported bed, and that taught the only lesson that matters in this business: pets don't care what something costs. They care whether it works for them.
So every product here is tested against one standard: would it survive daily life with a real cat or dog in a real Indian home? You won't find an endless catalogue of near-identical products here, just a small shelf of things that have earned their place.

How long does delivery take?
3–7 business days for most of India. Metro addresses tend to be faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer. Pre-order items like the OneRoll ship in 10–15 days.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@furtopia.co.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo (an unboxing video is even better). We'll replace it free, or refund you. Full replacement policy.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
No. We only take back items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. That's what lets us keep prices where they are, and we'd rather say so upfront than hide it in fine print.
Do you ship everywhere in India?
Yes. If your pin code has an issue, we'll contact you about it after you order.
How do I choose the right size for beds and clothing?
Sizes are listed on each product page. Not sure? Email us your pet's measurements before ordering and we'll tell you honestly what fits, even if the answer is "don't buy this one".
